A couple of weeks ago we went Strawberry picking with some friends. The girls and I loved it. Strawberries are one of my favorite foods. Freshly picked ones are even better. I made some yummy jam with most of them ... I can't wait for the middle of winter when I can open a jar of fresh strawberry jam, spread it on my toast, and remember the long, lazy days of summer.
